YEAR 2022

Phase 1 Completed

Phase 1 of the Matiari Residencial project has been successfully completed, obtaining the necessary permits, the signature of experts, and the approval of the City Council. We move firmly towards the next chapter!

Phase 2 Completed

The terrain takes shape as we begin to trace and adapt every detail. Each mark on the ground is the beginning of a project that will come to life with determination and precision.

Phase 3 In progress

We began the above-grade work with the placement of drains, ducts and essential cables. Each step brings us closer to the complete project, building the path towards a solid future.
